REFUND POLICY

We realize that some garments might not be a perfect fit, therefore you will receive store credit for returned items in the form of a gift card that can be used in our online store. No refunds will be issued. 

All items returned must be in original condition including all packaging with tags still attached. All items must be unworn, free of stains, odors and pet hair, unaltered, and unwashed. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

The return package must be postmarked back to us within ten calendar days of delivery in order to receive a store credit. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

Items considered Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you received items ordered online that were damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact customer service immediately.

SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package 

We are not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been submitted.

*Due to Covid 19, there might be delays in shipping. All items will be processed within 7-10 business days. Please keep in mind business days for shipping are Monday- Friday, weekends and holidays are excluded.
